Our parent company, Mongoose Power Solutions, is a participating, active member of nearly 20 national, regional and local industry-related associations. We hear firsthand what end-users are facing in terms of regulatory requirements/changes, operational challenges and shared experiences. Within these networks MPS is a resource to make sense of generator related regulations and best practices.
Our Emergency Power Systems Technician Apprentice Program is a unique program designed to support the workforce needs of our industry.
The apprenticeship is a three year or 6,000 hour on-the-job training program. It provides each Apprentice full-time employment, benefits and all necessary related training all thanks to our participating dealer/service provider network.
This nationally recognized Apprenticeship Program is registered with the U.S. Dept of Labor. Upon completion, all apprentices will receive a certificate from the U.S. Dept of Labor.
